Bijou

We owe Harry JOHNSON, legendary bartender and author of the first manual on cocktails, the creation of "BIJOU" in 1860 in which he gives the best part to the Green Chartreuse.
cocktail
  • 2 cl of gin
  • 2 cl of Green Chartreuse
  • 2 cl of Red Vermouth
  • Ice cubes

In a shaker:

2 cl of gin
2 cl of Green Chartreuse
2 cl of Red Vermouth
Ice cubes

Beat the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and pour into the glass, filtering the ice.

Serve in a cocktail glass.
